Włodzimierz Engelgardt became a fully qualified advocate in 2011 preceded by four-year advocate traineeship. Before that he had graduated from the Department of Law and Administration, the Law Faculty, with a very good degree. Before becoming an independent professional he had gathered a few year experience as a judge assistant in the Regional Administrative Court (Wojewódzki Sąd Administracyjny) in Poznań. At the same time he was a lecturer on commercial law in one of the most prestigious private higher schools in Poland.
At present he specialises in providing legal services to companies, in administrative, tax, customs duties and fiscal penal cases.

She specialises in complex commercial lawsuits, compensation cases, commercial criminal cases, fiscal penal cases and division of joint property of spouses cases.

Andrzej Chyła gained his qualifications as an attorney-at-law in 2017, after the three-year traineeship period. Before that he graduated from the five-year studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Gdansk University and the British Law Centre’s one year Diploma of English Law and European Union Law supported by the Faculty of Law and Administration, Gdansk University. He also completed one year Diploma in American Law organised by Chicago—Kent College of Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Administration, Gdansk University.
Since 2009 he has provided legal services mainly for domestic and foreign commercial entities as well as companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He created the principles of corporate governance for the international capital group. He assisted in the preparation of cross-border mergers, among others for the amount of over PLN 200m. He managed a foreign company and supervised and advised corporate bodies, including venture capital funds. He specialises in providing legal services to companies.
