Andrzej Chyła obtained the attorney-at-law diploma in 2017, preceded by three years of legal apprenticeship. He completed five-year MA Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, the one-year School of English and European Union Law organized by the British Law Center jointly with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, and the one-year School of American Law organized by the Chicago-Kent Collage of Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.

He provides legal services since 2009, primarily to domestic and foreign business entities, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has developed the corporate governance principles for an international capital group. He has been involved in the preparation of the cross-border acquisitions, including acquisitions worth over PLN 200 million. He managed a foreign company and supervised and advised on the functioning of numerous companies, including venture capital funds. He specializes in providing legal services and consulting to companies.
