In fulfillment of the information obligation pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88), we would like to inform you that the performance of the contract concluded with you involves the processing of your personal data, as the conclusion and performance of the contract is not possible without the use of your personal data.

The Controller processes only the personal data provided by you and uses them only on the basis and for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the contract, including those required by law. After that, the data will be stored for archiving purposes.
The data will not be disclosed to external entities, with the exception of the employees of the Firm, as well as the Processors, on the basis of the concluded contracts that ensure an appropriate level of security of personal data, in particular IT specialists, accountants, and archiving companies.
Kancelaria Adwokacka Engelgardt s.c. guarantees every Data Subject whose data are processed, the right of access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. Any Data Subject whose data are processed and used may also exercise the right to object, the right to data portability in digital form, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
